Twice a month, our participants have the opportunity to enjoy bowling in Vacaville. It's a popular event for our participants!
Bowling is on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 3:45 PM to 5:30 PM.
The $7 fee includes 2 games.
Participants must RSVP in the SODA Facebook group.

Our once a month bingo nights offer an evening of dinner and bingo for our participants. They enjoy a few rounds of bingo for a chance to win cash prizes.
Bingo is on the 2nd Monday of each month from 4:45 PM to 6:30 PM.
The $7 fee includes multiple bingo games and dinner.
Participants must RSVP in the SODA Facebook group.

Participants get to be chefs for an evening and create meals from scratch. This small group setting allows participants to learn the basics of cooking while working with a team.
There is a $15 fee.
***Cooking classes are temporarily postponed***
Participants must RSVP in the SODA Facebook group.

We occasionally host craft nights where participants create themed crafts.

Our most popular events are our dances! Participants dance the night away to a live band or DJ and also enjoy dinner, snacks and friendships.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are not able to attend an event, please update your RSVP in the Facebook group. Ideally, we prefer a 12 hour notice but understand that emergencies happen. This procedure will help us to anticipate the number of participants to expect. For bingo, we want to ensure we have enough food for attendees and for bowling, we are limited to the number of lanes and duration of play time.
BINGO AND COOKING CLASS NO SHOWS:
You will be expected to pay the fee for bingo and/or cooking class if you fail to cancel your RSVP.

On its own, social interactions may not be natural for an adult with disabilities, and in some cases, it may be stressful. If the activity is fun and the group is supportive, it can be a long way toward overcoming this type of emotional obstacle.
SODA provides a safe and fun space for adults with disabilities to meet, socialize and grow friendships.

Through donations, we are able to offer our activities and events at a low cost to our participants.
Please consider donating, hosting a fundraiser or hosting a Dine and Donate to assist us in continuing these much needed activities for our adult community.

Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. We offer a variety of opportunities for individuals and groups to get involved and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

We provide opportunities for socialization and friendships for adults with disabilities 18 years and older in Solano County and surrounding areas.

In Solano County, there were not many options for adults with disabilities who wanted to be a part of a peer group or have an active, independent social life.
Most programs were located outside of the county, cost too much, and/or are designed for youth under 18 years old.
We needed a program of our own, in our own community and now we have one.
